Ralda&Friends “out of the box” or How to Prepare a Pack “Terres del Ebre”

Here, at Ralda&Friends we love to celebrate the little things of life. Even the most insignificant moments can be transformed into an extraordinary experience. A few days ago, we started promoting and preparing our Pack “Terres del Ebre Vol. 2017” (see here: http://bit.ly/2i3r6cH) towards Xmas Season.

In order to prepare a Pack, we need to do some tasks that we love very much. Let’s see: we select the best products in our region, we visit or call the producers, we ask them for their relatives, send our best regards for Xmas and we have to prepare the packs, by filling the boxes in the most secure, comfortable and pretty manner we can. Everything is done carefully, with love, as we want our friends to receive the best Packs possible.

In this case, with the support of Cartodelta from Amposta, we wanted to study how we could take advantage of the boxes we normally use to send our olive oils to be able to place other products too. We met in July with Sonia and Ruben who are working at this company of our region of Montsià to analyze how to do it. Sonia designed a sketch that would allow us to properly introduce our bottle of 0.50 liters of olive oil Ralda friends, two jars of olive pâté (olive) or a pot of olives from our friends from Bot, Blai Peris, and 1 kilo of rice from the Negret Family from the Ebro Delta. Another of the challenges requested to Cartodelta was the possibility to include inside the box other products such as Flakes Sea Salt from the Delta or the handmade chocolate C.R.E.O from Tortosa for special Corporate Xmas Packs, without damaging the presentation and the solidity of the package.

With this first prototype, we had a couple of meetings in August and early September with several potential customers and friends and everyone loved it so in October we ordered to Ruben the production (2,000 units) to be able to launch in November the pack “Terres de L’Ebre”.

As you can see in the picture, Cartodelta designed a special piece of carton. Once it is folded inside the box, we can dispose our special products.

As you can see, you can face almost any problem in life, when you have good friends and partners.
