
Scientists confirm the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet to prevent Alzheimer’s disease
Spanish media reported last November that scientists from the University of Malaga and the Biomedical Research Institute of Malaga have reached a very important conclusion: “For each point of adherence that the (Mediterran) dietary pattern is increased, the risk of Alzheimer’s disease decreases by 11%”.
